We believe that any citizen has rights such as; innocent until proven guilty, by providing fair trial, and a peer-based jury, and the right to an attorney. We also believe that, the government has to by law, interact with the citizens, and respect the citizens as we have the right to remove the leaders we elect. The government has the responsibility and duty to protect the right of the people and our country. We also reserve the right to have free speech and religion. Any Citizen over the age of 15 yrs of age has the right to vote, unless in a prison for a crime they were found guilty for. The people have the right to have no cruel or unusual punishment put upon them, such as torture, and death, but can be banished from the island, as seen fit by the jurors. All people are created equal in the eyes of the law. All citizens must obey the law, whether they are a government official or not.
